Emerald Lodge is a single level floor plan specifically designed for those looking to age in place. The 1,499 square foot home is based on a vaulted center section using a post and beam frame<\/a> and an open concept floor plan. The space houses a kitchen, dining area, and living room.<\/p>\n

Groupings of large windows on either end of this section allow natural light to flow throughout the space. The vaulted ceiling and lack of walls creates a sense of space that appears larger than it is.<\/p>\n

On either side of the vaulted area are the remainder of the first level. To the right is a spacious primary bedroom, large walk-in closet, linen closet, laundry, and primary bath.
