[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Clove Farmhouse is the latest design from Yankee Barn Homes. As its name implies, the home is designed in a farmhouse vernacular. A three-quarter wrap around porch and perfect symmetry of windows on the home’s front are two standard farmhouse attributes. Add white clapboards with black trimmed two-over-two windows to the mix and you get modern farmhouse perfection!<\/p>\n

Clove Farmhouse<\/h3>\n

Clove Farmhouse will be a home-away-from-home for an active family. Leaving the hustle and bustle of urban life behind, they will escape to a home that envelopes them in the country lifestyle. Smog, commuter trains and traffic jams of work-a-day life will be a distant memory as they watch Clove Farmhouse come into view.<\/p>\n

While the exterior is traditional farmhouse, the interior is an open floor plan post and beam dream. The main living areas will be defined by furniture as there are few walls. The only exception will be a guest bedroom with private bath, a guest lav, and a mud room.<\/p>\n

The second level will house the master bedroom, complete with master bath and a walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms and one full bath complete the second story.<\/p>\n

Clove Farmhouse will also make use of it’s lower level as living space. This area will house a two-car garage, a game room, laundry room, half lav, utility room and a gun room.<\/p>\n
