This house is a medium to large size post and beam plan at 3,953 square feet with four bedrooms and four baths. The exterior style is a combination of farmhouse, barn and contemporary architecture, making it suitable for a suburban or rural setting on either a flat or sloped lot.\u00a0 Because the house has a number of bump-out features, a single exterior color is used to unify the structure. The attached garage is shown in a complimenting color, creating a visual distinction between it and the house.<\/p>\n

The Harwich is an all-inclusive barn house floor plan with great thought put into how a family of four-plus functions. There is an abundance of open communal space between the kitchen, breakfast room and vaulted ceiling living room. There is also a “green room” intended as a television\/reading area, a formal dining room, playroom and a guest bedroom. No detail too small, this floor plan includes a pass through mail\/charging station which includes a walk-in kitchen pantry. Oh, and did I mention the mudroom with built-in storage benches, closet and half bath?<\/p>\n

The barn house second level plan provides each bedroom with walk-in closets; the master bedroom has two! The master bedroom suite includes a large master bath and\u00a0 private sitting deck. The second level offers the latest in new house design, a second level laundry room. No more hauling laundry up and down one or two flights of stairs. Now located just down the hall, the room becomes extremely convenient for all family members to use.<\/p>\n
