Today’s YBH barn home is a combination of luxury and state of the art build technology, incorporated into every one of our build kits. To give you an idea, each house includes pre-cut and pre-stained Douglass fir timber (structural select or #1 grade), pre-installed Anderson or Marvin Windows, sub-flooring with Advantect\u00ae<\/strong> TJI, exterior doors, True Wall\u2122 and True Roof\u2122 panels, optional exterior pine or cedar siding & trim, and don’t even get me started on the merits of the polyisocyanurate insulation! Have I’ve caused your eyes to glaze over? The aforementioned features are the oft unsung heroes incorporated into all YBH designs so this is valuable information as you Oo and Ah<\/em> over our pictures and plans.
