What is it about a separate \u201croom\u201d unto itself sitting in the middle of a woodland garden that beckons? Gee\u2026I wonder!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">First, let me begin by showing you what our tea house looks like in winter.<a href=\"http:\/\/postandbeamliving.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/03\/p1010225.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2264\" title=\"Post &amp; Beam Teahouse by Yankee Barn Homes\" src=\"https:\/\/genmoda.info\/ybh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/p1010225.jpg\" alt=\"Yankee Barn Homes Teahouse\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Beautiful, isn&#8217;t it? But not a place to linger when it&#8217;s 15 degrees above zero.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Now allow me to show you what happens once the snow melts and spring arrives.<a href=\"http:\/\/postandbeamliving.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/03\/tea-house-april-26-012.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2265\" title=\"Tea House by Yankee Barn \" src=\"https:\/\/genmoda.info\/ybh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/tea-house-april-26-012.jpg\" alt=\"Tea house\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">As the snow melts, the ground and hibernating plants are revealed.<a href=\"http:\/\/postandbeamliving.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/03\/barn-garden-day-2-025.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2266\" title=\"Tea House Zen Garden\" src=\"https:\/\/genmoda.info\/ybh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/barn-garden-day-2-025.jpg\" alt=\"YBH Tea House Zen Garden\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Within weeks of the snowmelt, bulbs shoot up, new mulch is laid down and green leaves begin to emerge. To say its gorgeous is an understatement.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Are you beginning to understand why this separate room in the woods calls to me?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/postandbeamliving.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/03\/gardens-teahouse-and-deacon-144.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2268\" title=\"Post &amp; Beam Living Garden, Teahouse\" src=\"https:\/\/genmoda.info\/ybh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/gardens-teahouse-and-deacon-144.jpg\" alt=\"Yankee Barn Homes Tea House\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>\u00a0Inside the tea house is space to use for yoga, tai chi, reading or doing nothing at all (the latter being my husband&#8217;s personal favorite). Notice my dog, Deacon, prefers to stare out the sliding doors at the brook.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/postandbeamliving.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/03\/barn-garden-day-2-024.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2271\" title=\"Woodland Garden\" src=\"https:\/\/genmoda.info\/ybh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/barn-garden-day-2-024.jpg\" alt=\"Spring garden\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The pathway leading to the tea house is an experience unto itself!<a href=\"http:\/\/postandbeamliving.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/03\/alium-and-floor-002.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-2272\" title=\"Spring Woodland Garden \" src=\"https:\/\/genmoda.info\/ybh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/alium-and-floor-002.jpg\" alt=\"Alium\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As I stand at my window now that winter has past and spring is just around the corner, it&#8217;s no wonder I gaze longingly toward the tea house.
