Our team collaborates with you to plan the project and establish a detailed timeline. This step involves aligning on design specifications, setting milestones, and coordinating schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient build process.

Design & Engineering
Our team creates a detailed design and engineering plan for the project. This involves using advanced software to visualize the custom home, ensuring precise specifications, structural integrity, and sustainability.

Prefab & Materials
Prefabrication of the home components at our facility begins. This process includes the panelization of walls, roof systems, and other structural elements, ensuring high quality and precision.

Onsite Delivery
The prefabricated panelized structure is delivered to the build site for final assembly. YBH provides a supervisor with an optional assembly YBH Labor Crew of carpenters/framers, offloading, moving and setting panels with a lull.

Handoff
The project is officially handed off to the builder. Throughout this phase, the builder receives ongoing support from YBH as needed.
